FARMING IN UTTARAKHAND

Agriculture is the backbone of uttarakhand and is practised my many people especially those living in the hilly areas of uttarakhand. Many hilly people of uttarakhand have taken agriculture as their main occupation as it gives them bread and butter. The women of uttarakhand are also involved in agriculture as men leave the hills to find better jobs in cities.
